Dr. Kunio Hasegawa is an established expert on the assessment of safety and lifespan at energy installations nsuch as nuclear power stations. He is currently a member of the Nuclear Energy System Safety Division at the Japan Nuclear Energy Safety Organization (JNES) in Tokyo.
